Counselor Leader Series

Are you new to your role as a counselor leader at the district or campus level? The move from school counselor into a leadership role requires a new outlook and focus that will enable you to effectively support the counselors and students you serve. This leadership cohort is designed for current counselor leaders and administrators or aspiring counselor leaders who want to gain knowledge, skills, and best practices that will enable them to grow as leaders while also helping them to build stronger counseling programs. This 4-session cohort  will focus on building leadership capacity, planning and implementing an effective comprehensive school counseling program, the use of data in school counseling and building strong counselor/administrator relationships.
